"My experience is, very noisy builder. The people above me have a dog and it runs wild all day. It sounds like he’s coming through the floor. Complain to management, nothing happened. I will not be renewing my lease. I know I’m not the first person who complains about the excessive amount of noise. Dogs should only be allowed to occupy the bottom floors."

"Worst place to leave, noise, bugs, smoke and other thing that you will face when will rent here apartment. Also discrimination is part of personal who work here, be ready to beignored, because they have here people of 2 category, ones that can do anything and you supposed to suffer of their activity, and you if complain nobody don't care. There is no luxury at all, slums apartment complex will suite better."

"I've been living here for "quite a few years" now, and have and made Knollcrest Village my permanent home. Hopefully without any surprises, I plan on retiring here and continuing to call this place home! One of the reasons for this, is the exceptional Property Manager and Maintenance Staff that are currently here at Knollcrest! The property manager Donna works hard walking the grounds and managing this apartment complex, always staying on top of things and keeping this apartment complex in order! Safe, clean, welcoming, and always responds to any complaints or maintenance issues promptly and efficiently! Making sure that us tenants feel safe and always trying to improve our quality of life here at Knollcrest Village! John the head of maintenance here, is amazingly professional, friendly and proficient when he promptly responds to all your maintenance issues and fixes them right the first time, unlike some of the previous staff turnover over the years. And they always do all of this with courtesy, care, and genuine smiles with respect for the tenants. As I see it, this has to be one of the toughest jobs, managing all these diverse 'tenants' and so many apartments trying to keep everybody happy, I would guess. E.G.., some bad tenants, noisy tenants (par for the course),some shady or unlawful activity, and then some who just don't care and illegal dump near the dumpsters, illegally park here, etc., etc., and are not always all cooperating by moving their vehicles (no matter how many snow removal memos, Emails, horn honking, knocking on doors, etc., ) to help snow removal efforts go smoothly as it should. BUT let me say that management and maintenance still manage to do an exemplary and professional job managing the property, managing all the nightmare winter snow removal with the snow plow contractor, and John working extra hard when needed into the dark wee morning hours (when we're all nice and cozy warm and fast asleep) in snow and windy bone chilling freezing weather sometimes, with that snow blower and shovel in hand to get the job done. Even when some non- stop "snow storms" (where the plows have a hard time keeping up) might be overwhelming sometimes! John of maintenance had to come and fix my bathroom ceiling from water leak damage from the apartment above in my apartment. That same repair was promised by previous management and staff here, and then was eventually neglected or forgotten for years by the two previous staff that worked here! When Donna and John started working here and I mentioned the damage to them, John came right in and besides promptly fixing the ceiling, he had to remove and replace some bathroom plumbing, replace and leaking toilet and tank that was just patched up numerous times over the years, spackle, sand and paint part of that bathroom ceiling (that was forgotten (ignored) by previous staff), replace leaking kitchen under sink plumbing and drain that had developed since then. I thought John must have had help with him, because when I came home he was bringing his tools outside and already finished it all by himself in only a few hours I was away! Again I was impressed with a smile on my face!! This is someone I would want as a partner in my line of construction work any day! All business, polite (with a smile) and getting the job done!! Again, I have been here quite a while and believe me, of the past Knollcrest staff (many good, courteous and professional, some not so much) that worked here over the years, but Donna and John are way above in every way any past management and maintenance staff. It's of course part of the reason that I want to continue calling this place "Home Sweet Home"! When you feel comfortable coming home, safe coming home, and welcome coming home, that's a good feeling indeed! Next time I can just say read my last review "ditto", when I review Knollcrest Village of Chester again!! You know as the saying goes, you obviously "can't please everybody"! Thank You for a job well done, Donna and John!!"

"We've been living in Knollcrest Apts for about 6yrs now. Theres been quite a few changes since my wife and I moved in. In all we like it here Donna the manager has always addressed our concerns and she has always accommodated us when we wanted to make improvements around the apartment. My wife loves the outdoors so she spoke to Donna regarding beautifying the flower bed, and she's worked with her. John the maintenance man works very hard to make sure our apartment runs without any issues. We're looking forward to staying here till we retire and move south."
