Nicholas Mondelli: Allstate Insurance

"Nick does not represent Allstate in a positive light. I’ve been working with Nick since November of 2023 to get my wife’s renters insurance policy canceled. She moved out of her apartment in 2019 and spoke with an agent from nick’s office. The policy was never canceled and she has still been getting charged for yearly renewals. When I first spoke with Nick back in November, he told me there was no record of her attempting a cancellation. I recently spoke with a different employee who works under Nick and I was informed that the agent my wife spoke to notated her account that a cancellation was requested September of 2019. When I was able to reach Nick, he would tell me he has no updates and offer a list of excuses as to why nothing has happened yet. Now he does not return my calls. He does not call back when he says he will. I will be following up with the BBB to get my wife’s policy canceled and her money refunded. My customer experience with Allstate has been less than satisfactory because of Nick."
