"This company is TRASH. they even stop answering calls ALL DAY LING. no bus in sight for 2 hours. When a replacement bus came, the driver said noone likes my route, and he won't be coming back. It's VERY stressful trying to get my baby to school and trying to get to work on time. OPT is bo help either, they just jot down a complaint...no action taken. This company needs to be put out of service"
