"Don’t trust them. They told me my car being dropped off was delayed due to their truck breaking down. I then found out it was because they broke my front bumper and had to replace it (I realized this because my old one had scratches and it wasn’t aligned properly over my lights). My car was also driven 80 miles. They also made sure to drop my car off at night so that I would not realize this when signing the papers. Don’t go with these scam artists. Had they been honest I wouldn’t have minded."

"My car was picked up on a Tuesday in Florida and was supposed to be delivered on 'Saturday or Sunday' in New York. I called the broker, the drivers, and the company's main line to find out where my car was and got no response for two days. *Two days of not knowing where my vehicle was and no update* The fastest response I got was by leaving a negative review here- I got a call less than an hour before they arrived that it would be delivered. What was more concerning was that my car wasn't delivered on the truck it was picked up on. It was driven to the pickup location- I was told only a mile- when there was a considerable amount of gas missing from the full tank I left it with. The car technically arrived on time and in one piece but I wouldn't recommend this experience."
