"I like my doctor but the front office is exceptionally challenging. I asked (per my doctor’s suggestion) to get a blood work script for an upcoming appointment… FOUR times, once in person. Every time I was told they would mail it. No one did. On my fifth request, it was too late to mail it so my husband had to drive 12 miles to get it. This is typical of the office. I’m often met with a less than great attitude. Tempting to switch to a different doctor and office."

"Love my doctor, horrible office. Whenever I call the medical assistant I never get a phone call back. What is the point in having a primary doctor if you never get an answer? Ended up in the hospital last year because no phone call back for days. I been calling for a month now since I have a question and don’t need an appointment for it but still no phone call back. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. Someone needs to fix this"

"Usually, I see a nurse practitioner Christine Daisey, who is exceptionally good and very thorough. I ended up seeing an actual doctor the last time I was there a Dr. Corrales. She never even put a stethoscope to my chest. She sat across the room and went over some of my blood work, labs and made sure my info on file was correct. That was it! They charged my insurance $234.00, and I had to pay $25, co-pay. I was in and out so quick and the doctor hardly did anything. What a racket!"
