"I love the staff here and the doctors are all very nice. I know they do see a lot of patients so it can be hard to reschedule, but as long as you keep your appointments and take your medications as prescribed it is an excellent office! I highly recommend for anyone dealing with any chronic health conditions where pain is diminishing your quality of life."
"Someone I know saw the head doctor someone that is close to my family and from what I understand he was very very rude. He kept talking over The patient and when They tried to ask questions all he had to say was I’ll just keep quiet. I’ll just keep quiet. That’s not how doctor should be especially a head doctor terrible. Absolutely terrible. What’s the point of going to the doctors to get your questions? Asked for your problems when they Sit there and insult you?"
"Zero stars if I could. I left my appointment today feeling worse than I did coming in. I suffer from a very debilitating pain disease and Dr. Wong did nothing but keep insulting that I was seeking opioids and needed to see a therapist to help me with deal with my pain. I asked about ketamine she said they don't treat it there. My condition is rapidly declining my ability to walk and function, my neurologist saw that and sent me to pain management. Dr wong didn't care. I left my appointment today feeling offended, rushed, unheard, and judged. Being young and suffering from such a condition and dealing with a doctor that treat you as if you just want drugs. She got an attitude when I said no to the family of meds she kept trying to push on me. I had a terrible experience today. Her body language, nonchalant attitude told me she didn't care. Didn't hear anything I said, kept trying to push meds on me that I had horrible experiences with already. Please go else where like I am. I won't be returning."

"Came in today signed in and I immediately hear 2 employees sitting in the corner near the door whispering she's late she knows shes late ect. I was confused I thought my appointment was at 8:45 and I had just arrived by the 5 minute mark and why not discuss with me instead of whispering loud to embarrass me. She asked another staff member if she could move my appointment and after discussing moving my appointment she then asked another staff member should I tell her. He answered yes, he's always awesome. He has always been extremely respectful and really nice. This was not the right time to be treated like this I'm under a unbelievable amount of stress right now and made a simple mistake I truly had no idea I swore I read my appointment was at 8:45. Staff please be gentle as you never know what the patient could be experiencing at home!! Also Why wouldn't you tell me you moved my appointment to a different time as I might of had other obligations to attend to."
