"I want to start by saying they have excellent staff, and this is an friendly environment. Unfortunately, one star since my skin is in the worst state it has ever been in. I don’t believe they are well versed with dark skin at this establishment. I came to solve my issues regarding hyper pigmentation and acne, and I feel as now my skin is 10x worse. I could never get a clear answer as to what type of acne I have. Nor a proper treatment plan. I feel as if I just had products thrown at me with disregard for my complexion. They’re also unable to provide any resources for specialist who work with dark skin. With all respect, as a dark skin black woman, I don’t recommend this office. If you are of a lighter complexion, this office will be better suited to you."
