"Rapid disappointment is a better description! When the 'manufacturer' scheduled a curb side delivery with this company, they never bothered to contact us. They showed up only to find we were not home. We were on vacation and we would have advised them of that had they bothered to call the customer up and schedule a date of delivery. We rescheduled for the following week. When they were 1.5 hours late from the scheduled time, we called. We were advised the truck would be there in 30 minutes. Another 1.5 hours later they called to advise they had to cancel due to the truck broke down. We again rescheduled for the following week. 3 times a charm, not so much. At 1 o'clock we called and asked if the delivery was still scheduled. We were told yes the truck will be there shortly. At 5 o'clock, 4 hours later when we called again, we were told the tuck had mechanical problems and turned around. You just can't make this stuff up. 2 days were taken off to accept this delivery and they didn't show. Then, they call the next day, leave a voice mail message that they're going to deliver it that day. Really, how, no one was home! Very very poor communication, they don't bother contacting the customer and when they do,not hey expect you to be home for a delivery at their convenience after not showing up for 2 scheduled deliveries."
