Never heard of a taxi company turn down a 20 minute trip and I already planned on tipping. So stranded, I had my phone. I downloaded Uber, added my info, got a ride to me in 4 minutes. Got home in 19 minutes/ 8 miles. No fuss, it was clean, no bad attitude, and no excuse of "I should call someone else". Mind you this is 11am on a Tuesday, not rush hour. Just Wow! Thanks for getting me home safely Uber!"
