"Why bother scheduling appointments you're never seen on time! Virtua is way better this place sucks there's always a issue! Absolute garbage!"
"I am unsure about these reviews. I have always had nothing but a great experience. Staff is courteous and pleasant and Dr. Horvath is empathetic and caring. I really appreciate what everyone does for me at this office. Keep up the great work."
"Do NOT consider this practice. I saw both female doctors several times for symptoms they coldly blew off as "anxiety" I left feeling guilty I had bothered them even though I was not being treated for anxiety. I finally went to the ER after a night of terrible suffering and after simple bloodwork found I had dangerously low potassium levels with hypokelemia. I had been suffering with shakiness/trembling for months. I could have died!!! I was given potassium immediately at the hospital and symptoms cleared. I am now on daily potassium. I immediately switched doctors. They put my life at risk and dismissed me after several appointments with the same symptoms! Basic bloodwork would have caught the problem!! Please find a new doctors. God forbid anything serious happens. They won't catch it."
"It's the customer service for me. I took my 11 year old daughter for a well visit and vaccinations. During the visit, the doctor asked her about acne and prescribed her acne medication. Six weeks later I received the bill in the mail for $2,123 with an outstanding balance of $28.06. Naturally, I called the billing department and argued that my well visits are 100% covered, which at that time, they explained that because acne was discussed this would be outside of well visit parameters and the balance needed to be paid. I argued back stating that not only is acne developmentally appropriate to discuss at a well visit for an 11 year old, that is not the reason the visit was scheduled and that she needed a well visit and vaccinations, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY the doctor mentioned acne - NOT US. After going back-and-forth with the billing department and patient relations, I finally called the office manager. She agreed that she thought the charges were ridiculous and would argue on my behalf. Everyone dropped the ball on this matter. Billing specialists informed me they would call me back, personally... patient relations reviewed and said that they would get back to me as soon as possible - never did. Same with the office manager, no follow up and no call back. This bill is now in collections in the middle of disputing the charges. 12yrs of business... For a family of 5, that's over $150k in services... and Cooper Family decided $28.06 was much too large of an amount to forgive to keep us at their medical practice. I'm done with big Corp."
"I cannot rate the doctor because thanks to the incompetent front desk staff I was never able to coordinate our appointment. I originally scheduled our appointment a month out for my young daughter, who needed to see an oral surgeon. During the month leading up to the appointment, we received no less than 6 phone calls from the office regarding what our insurance will or will not cover. Each phone call brought information that was completely in conflict with the prior phone call. Eventually, the literal day before our appointment - we were called, yet again, and were now told that the appointment needed to be outright cancelled. The woman on the phone could not have been more rude and outright condescending. I had two or three legitimate questions she was clearly not qualified to answer and yet acted as the absolute authority. I am disgusted with the treatment by this office and would not recommend anyone ever try to call or book an appointment there. Working in healthcare is not usually easy and I understand the certain unique stressors of the current situation. None of that should excuse this kind of abhorrent behavior and treatment of patients. If someone from the office or Cooper would like to reach out to discuss this further I would be more than happy to go into more details. I cannot express how bad this experience was."
