Long long long wait ( over 2 hours) , people that need serious care are left standing at the desk, the receptionist is completely unempathetic and very arrogant, no sense of urgency in this place: There are plenty or other options if you take a short drive elsewhere..this place is a disgrace. "9-12-23 sick visit -1st time here & I had a great experience! From the time I met receptionist, to meeting the nurse to seeing Dr. Larry Bar. Thorough examination- asked great questions. Very personable & knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied. Would not hesitate in returning. Thank you for helping me to heal."

"To whoever worked the front desk today, please quit. She is the most unprofessional person with even worse customer service and attitude. I checked in online, showed up in person and was told to sit because "she was busy". I went back up after 5 minutes asking if I need to check in, to which she said “you already are” in an annoyed response as she’s scarfing down food. She never took my name. She never took my insurance or ID. I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS at an urgent care until I finally get checked in by someone else. You need to fire the woman for lying to people and her attitude. If you read the reviews, this isn’t the first time people haven’t complained about her…Please go to a better urgent care like AFC or Virtua. I do not want to speak to management, we both know you aren't actually going to do anything."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. At 5:40pm I checked their website and 6 people were waiting. I know there can be a long wait, so I decided to check in online to ensure my spot while I picked my kids up from school/daycare and took them home to have dinner with their father. I proceeded to gather myself and head over. I arrived about 6:58pm. When I walked up to the counter to check in I was flat out ignored by the receptionist. I wait in front of her for several minutes before she decided to address me. I told her I had an online check in and gave her my name and date of birth. She said, "For 5:40pm? Is that when you did it?" I told her yes, it showed 6 people waiting online so I wanted to ensure my spot while I got my kids home. She then proceeded to tell me that she cancelled my appointment since I didn't show up within the hour. Nowhere on their website did it say anything about my check in being cancelled after an hour. I received a confirmation text but no other notification I was to be there within a certain timeframe. When I said this to her she said, "I don't know what to tell you. I have 5 patients in rooms, and 6 people waiting now." All I was there for was a drug screen for a new job, literally takes 15 minutes tops. I completely wasted my time, energy, and gas. The receptionist was so rude and impolite. I wish I would have gotten her name but did not see anything showing it. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this facility and terrible staff."
