"Been going here for years and very happy until they were bought by a corporate eye company. The relaxed atmosphere replaced by stressed out staff. When they examined my son, they gave him the wrong prescription that made his vision worse. Will not come back."

"Practice no longer takes NJ Horizon Family Care! However did not feel it necessary to send a simple letter to their patients! They allowed me to schedule an appointment for my child and only informed me the day before said appointment. Now I must find a new provider, schedule an appointment & wait. All of which could have been done weeks ago had I been informed. Very Unprofessional!"

"Will never go back to this facility. Had serious issues with constant styes in both eyes and waking up every morning with mucus in both eyes. This went on for a year, so they had their so called specialist doctor who comes from Philadelphia once a month to see if he could figure out the problem. First, I waited 3 months to get the appointment, then I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half and when I finally got to see this doctor, he spent 5 minutes with me and told me to continue to take the medicine, use warm water to rinse my eyes out everyday and never even examined my eyes! Total waste of time and on top of that, the office never called in the medicine to my pharmacy and I tried repeatedly to get someone from the office to do it, but unsuccessful. I would not recommend this facilities to anyone, but everyone has to experience things themselves, so good luck if you decide to go to them."

"I've been going to Eye Associates for years and seeing Dr. Shah, who is excellent. However, NO ONE EVER answers the phone there. You can't book an appointment, get a copy of your prescription, nothing. They must be going out of business. Time to find a new eye doctor!"
