On my first visit I was made to piss in a cup, then after spending 45 minutes in the waiting room I spent another hour and a half in the back until I finally walked out having never been seen. I've seen moreprofessionalism in a gas station. Would give negative stars if I could. If you're actually concerned with managing your pain, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"On 11/10/23 was my 1st visit with Mid Alantic pain management. I went to a office in the Villas Nj. I latered learn they are using that office. It was the worst visit I ever had in my life. The ladies in the front office seemed clueless & I could hear other patients personal matters from where I was sitting. The Doctor was even worst he did not introduce himself & did not ask me if it was okay to for his assistant to sit in our visits. He began questioning me I would try to respond & he did not allow me to explain. I do take narcotics but I see my PC for that. I wasn't there for that nevertheless he he began to ask me why don't I like Herion? What's wrong with Herion? So much more he continues to offend me. He asked me why I was there I tried telling him he didn't want to hear it he even laughed me . Ii couldn't take it no more I left. I came home crying I was aweeck I felt violent. My daughter did report him to try insurance company they have his name & I told them not to pain for the visit since I was there for about 10mins. I dwas not there seeking drugs noe even laughed st me saying acr I have ever went anywhere seeking drugs. I have real legitimate problems. Something is not right truth that man. I wouldn't want him to prescribed a Advil. He laughed at me accused me of wanting a diagnosis."

"The girls that work there don’t care about the patients. Dr chap is mentally checked out and is too busy to run this practice. Diana and Brian are great. But overall this practice is run terribly. They over schedule and don’t answer phones. And when they do the girls leave you on hold for an hour like it’s a sport to them."

"I cannot believe how horrible this office is! You can rarely reach them on the phone, they fail to make appointments for you and Dr. Chap needs to go retire somewhere. Office Always too crowded and it will take you 2 to 3 hours just to be seen. I could go on, but I'm not! Smh..."
