"Made a car delivery to this location…. Super friendly and easy to work with… the office staff very nice and helpful…. The forklift operator was a master of his work….."
"Best company ever. Did a great job on delivering packages and helping the customers in difficult times. Staff absolutely fantastic"
"DOMA Export and Polonez Parcel Service went bankrupt unexpectedly on the week of March 6 2023. All of their "authorized agents" were forced to switch services to Dompak and Polamer. It is still unsure as to what will happen next..especially with parcels already in transit to Poland. Company is no longer reachable!"
"We wanted to send a car to Poland and had questions what info we need to bring or send and we called so many times and there was no answer and no way to leave a message because their mail box was full. I finally got them after a few days of calling and the man who answered said all questions I can find on their website. I was unable to find any info on the website so I called again and asked and he got really mean and said just look at the website and find it. Horrible business!!!! Never use them!!!!"
"I love the company had been using them for decades we send packages, we send containers through them. Unfortunately, the Passaic location has been progressively getting very, very bad over the last couple of years, and I'm not talking about Ladies working there. I'm talking about the lack of parking. When you have two or three oversized packages and you have no place to park, you try to double park. You get hassled by Passaic PD; it's time for them to relocate something little bit more civilized!"
