"It is Worse experience now because T&L One own it now. Do yourself a favor and Use Uber or a Lyft and For Medical Transport too and Save a lot Money and Time. Enjoy a safe clean working ride with Professional people. This Expensive and Late over 30 minutes. It's same with their Metuchen Edison Taxi place and T & L one. Nasty and Broke down cars and vans are unhealthy and illegal like people say. Also be careful of them using Medical vans too. Report immediately. The people who do take Medical Transport should stop using this company. T&L and call logistics because they send you a Lyft so you're on time and have no problems. Call the State and report and document and take pictures too as others do. I have paid private insurance but it doesn't matter. Never allow this awful place to ride you. ( Try LCH Med Trans. is great. )"

"Woodbridge Checker picks up patients for Logistacare a medical transport. I DON'T KNOW WHO IS WORSE WOODBRIDGE CHECKER OR LOGISTACARE. THE CHECKER IS NEVER ON TIME I HAVE MISSED DOCTORS APPTS. WHICH I HAD TO CANCEL. THEY LIE TO LOGISTACARE THAT THEY WILL BE THERE IN 5 MINS. THEY ARE LOW ON DRIVERS AND DOUBLE BOOK APPT. PICK-UPS , THEY ARE ALSO ALWAYS LATE PICKING UP PATIENTS FROM APPTS. TO TAKE THEM HOME AND EXPECT YOU TO WAIT ANY WHERE FROM 15 MINS TO AN HOUR TO YAKE YOU HOME. YHIS PLACE IS VERY PORLY MANAGED.PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE IF POSSIBLE. CARS ARE DIRTY. SMELLY AND NOT REPAIRED OR SAFE TO DRIVE IN. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET CHANGED TO T&L FOR MY TRANSPORTATION NEEDS TO MY DOCTORS AND LOGISTACARE IS GIVING ME SO MANY PROBLEMS BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THEIR PASSENGERS OR THEIR DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS. I AM GOING TO CALL MEDICARE AND COMPLAIN ABPUT BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES. I WANT A DIFFERENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE BECAUSE MY NERVES CAN'T TAKE IT ANY MORE. I HAVE CANCER AND HEART PROBLEMS AND THEY DON'T CARE IF I MAKE MY APPTS. OR NOT. I GIVE BOTH A 0 RATING. AND BEG EVERYONE NOT TO USE THEM."

"At 2:15pm on Monday June 10, 2019, a few other people and I witnessed the following abhorrent behavior from the driver of tax #30. He pulled in front of 10 Parsonage to pick up a woman who was obviously blind. After walking up to her he realized she was blind then guided her to the vehicle, a minivan, and just opened the sliding door and walked over to his door. He let the helpless woman stand there in POURING RAIN struggle to figure out how to enter the vehicle, she couldn’t even find the open door. While the woman struggled to find a way into the vehicle the man got angry at another person who was trying to pull his car out of a nearby handicap car. At this point the taxi driver began cursing profanities at the driver of the other vehicle, such as “you have plenty of “f**king room you f**king a**hole, just back up.” He proceeded to yell profanities at the driver of the vehicle backing out of the handicap spot while the woman still couldn’t get into the vehicle. Not only could this woman not get into the vehicle while it was pouring rain outside, but she had to endure the onslaught of profanities being yelled out by the taxi driver to the other driver. After a few minutes of watching her struggle in the pouring rain he walked up to her and guided her to the open door then once again just stood there watching her struggle in the rain. At that point a woman who had just exited the building, who worked in one of the medical offices in the building, ran over to her to assist. With this lady’s assistance the visually impaired woman was finally able to enter the car. She asked the driver a few times to help her and he just kept saying “I can’t. I don’t know how.” This is absolutely DESPICABLE behavior and makes this taxi company look horrible. I sincerely hope someone from the Woodbridge Taxi company sees this review!"
