"My husband is a patient of this facility. Dr. O is good to my husband. The “nurse” that is in charge of the pre authorizations is highly deficient. She submitted the wrong diagnosis to the insurance and doesn’t follow through as to how to correct her errors."

"My experience with Inspira Medical Group has not been a positive one since Dr. Pederson has left. The staff is rude to its patient and how one is spoken to, one does not feel like they are being listened to or cared for. The service has a lot to be desired. To get an appointment is difficult. I explain that I am no retired, not even close to that age, and I am continually offer morning appointments. Afternoon appointments are about 2 months away. I didn't have that problem with Dr. Pederson even during Covid pandemic. When I finally got my appointment I felt it was more a script routine that a dialogue between doctor and patient. Time to go elsewhere."

"Do NOT, I REPEAT dO not attempt to stay with this group. Uncaring, unresponsive, most awful group of doctors I’ve ever encountered. Very sick, went to urgent care who told me to call the doctor. What did doctor offer? An appointment in April. Nothing, I repeat nothing else. Oh and try to get them to send your records to a new doctor. Months to wait on that."
