"This place is garbage! It's always been bad, I've gone here for 6ish years, but this past year is ridiculous. I cannot get a phone call back. I have hashimotos and do not have medicine. I've called several days a week for 3 months and I can't get a reply. When I called back in August of 2022 ot took me almost 2 months to get a reply. Insane. They do not care about you at all. Besides the no replies, Amy there has bullied me and collected royalties off the medicine she has prescribed me. She started me on a very specific, hard to find, not insurance covered medicine the moment I saw her instead of Jodi. This place is shady. And I should have left long ago but it is so hard to find an endo."

"does anyone even work here? I had to contact them about my appointment and I have been calling every single day, at different times of the day for a month now with no answer. Only twice in that time have I received a call back voicemail. Then, they had to cancel my appointment (a week early) that i’ve been waiting months for because the doctor won’t be able to make it in that day….must be going on a vacation or something. Absolutely horrible office. If I could give 0 stars I would."
