"Absolutely horrendous. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The doctor I had made my husband and I feel so uncomfortable. Hopefully cooper does something about the doctors giving out PRIVATE medical information. No one should be calling me saying “congratulations on being 8 weeks pregnant” without my consent. I just felt like it was an overstep since we decided to wait until the second trimester to tell anyone."
"Dr. Schaeffer and Adriance are amazing. I don’t like being seen by any of the other physicians. I had to go in and be seen by another and she judged me for wearing a mask. I have had horrid experiences with Cooper, but these two physicians are worth it."
"I will keep this brief. Ms Campbell should hone her bedside approach and assess each patient as an individual not solely relaying on her task rabbit skills when providing patient care. Goes without saying it was a horrible experience."
"I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant with twins, also my very first pregnancy. I’ve been coming here the entire time. Half the time when the nurses take me back, they straight up tell me they haven’t even looked at my chart. My first prenatal appointment, Dr. Chen only checked one baby’s heartbeat. When the nurse was helping me check out, she asked the doctor (in front of me) about an anatomy scan for the twins. His jaw dropped and said, “Twins?” Proceeded to look at me and said then asked, “Did we know about this?” Honestly, that should have been enough of a red flag for me to switch doctors. But I’m a clueless first timer. Every appointment, I see a new doctor. No one ever seems to have any idea what is going on at any of my appointments. My last appointment, yesterday, I told them I’m having severe pressure, cramping/contractions, etc. Because of that, they tested me for an infection and checked my cervix. I’m 2-3cm dilated. I asked about when I should expect us to schedule the twins’ c-section, I was told 3 weeks. After not being able to sleep last night I decided to check my after summary notes for the very first time. “Offers no complaints. Denies cramping, VB, and leaking fluid of the vagina.” I did complain. I did say I had cramping. No one asked about leaking fluid. And nothing noted about my dilation. But I see a different doctor in their office in 3 days for my next appointment, whom I’ve never met, and I’m assuming she’s going to look at my chart. Not really guaranteed around here though. Yet my charts say the complete opposite of what actually occurred in my appointment. And I’m supposed to trust these people to deliver my children? I feel so defeated coming here because clearly no one is listening to me when I talk."
