"March 24, 2022 representatives from Latino Shipping came to my house and picked up two boxes, a bag of rice and a gallon of oil. The boxes contained goods such as food and clothes for my family in the Dominican Republic. I am here to formally protest against this company, which not only fail to deliver the boxes, but it has also felt to respond to one box being missing and one box delivered with missing items. On April 12, 2022, I received a call from a representative of this company who stated only one box, the rice and the oil arrived. She asked If I wanted these to be delivered at front, I said yes, several attempts were made for such delivery until I was told that there was a mistake that none of the boxes arrived. On May 12, 2022 one box with missing content, the rice and the oil were delivered to my family in the Dominican Republic, the second box, which contains mostly new clothes, is no were to be found. I keep being bounced from one extension to another, I keep hearing lies and being transferred to people who do not want to provide me with their names. The amount of times and people I have spoken to about this situation in this company are now countless, to the point that no one wants to take responsibility over this and the owner’s names is not being disclosed. They leaving me no choice, but to take legal actions against this company. I demand to be compensated for the cost to replace/purchase the content of this box. In addition, this company must pay any legal fees I incur to bring them to justice. Receipts of the goods included in these boxes will be provided to any authority upon request."

"Do not use this company! They are unreliable, irresponsible and unprofessional. My elderly aunt sent a box in December and didn't received the box until March!!! Not only was the box delivery 3 months later but it was received incomplete! They made a huge whole in the box! Most of her goods were stolen! Things that she needed for her time in the Domincan Republic. How inconsiderate! My cousin contact customer service multiple times and was given the run around. All the cared about was their payment, yet the service provided were poor to say the least."

"This is not a bad company in NYC. David might not be reliable with the pick ups but the office in DR is worst. In DR, They deliver when they feel like to, articles are broken etc. They should have a more upgraded system to work. Still, I do recommend this company over the others."
