"If i could give 0 stars i would.. Awful service. Anybody searching for a good insurance please avoid them. First we needed then to update the policy to include our new mortgage company and it took 3 request to get it right. Its like they have incompetent people working for them. Seeing the incompetence of these people pushed us to find another insurer. Thank God we did, given that they have us a better rate and more coverage. Now, we are in the middle of a pandemic, we informed them of the change and they insisted my mother (70 years old) had to come to the office to sign a document in order for the change to take effect. Almost a month later, my mom called and we found out that the change hasn't been done yet. Gaston Gomez and his personnel is so incompetent that he couldn't even give us an explanation as to this delay, they only thing he said is that it will be taken care of the next day."
