"I have been an auto and renter’s insurance customer of this group for over a decade. I have had minimal interactions with Allstate during this time, as it was unnecessary. Unfortunately, on January 19th, 2024, I was involved in an auto accident- my first. Thankfully, I am well; my car, however, was a total loss. I imagined the most distressing part of the incident was still to come- working with my insurance. I want to highlight my agent, Danielle Pezzano, who ensured the experience was anything but that. Danielle guided me through this process and was always available by phone or email for questions and concerns. Danielle thoroughly explained everything along the way and was timely in her responses and actions. I felt that she was a supportive advocate for me, and that is just what is needed after a traumatic experience. I cannot imagine what this could have been like had I been with a different company, but more importantly, another agent. This experience has affirmed for my partner and I that we feel valued as Allstate customers and have no reservations about maintaining our policies and recommending Allstate (and Danielle) to our family and friends. As someone who has worked in sales, customer service, and management, I recognize that we often only hear about less-than-ideal experiences. I made it a point to take time out of my day to ensure that Danielle is recognized for the outstanding service and representation of this agency."

"If I could give them a negative star I would they are the worse car insurance I dealt with. I will never use them again. I had the manager blame me for the reason they didn't do their jobs and then not even try and come to a resolution. Worse customer service I ever dealt with."

"The staff at this agency is wonderful. Being in an industry myself, where working with the public is involved, most individuals calling an insurance agency are calling because their rates have gone up, because they've run into a situation that they need to take advantage of insurance, or they have just bought a car and are scrambling to get insurance. I dont think anyone calls when they are happy-go-lucky. The staff is well trained in handling these situations, however no person working in the customer service industry has to take insults or belittling. I have never encountered anything negative pertaining to this agency and if my rates ever go up I realize it is the company and not the individual agents who are doing it. There are also two sides to every story so I can only take the previous two reviews with a grain of salt."
