"Have been here 5x already this year and always feel good about coming back. The staff make sure to keep you at ease and comfortable which makes a huge difference especially if your going under anesthesia. They are professional and polite and definitely do their best to make sure you have a good expirience."

"I’m surprised with the bad reviews. I can’t say enough great things about the staff and my entire visit to the surgery center 2 weeks ago. No one wants to have surgery but everything went perfectly and the staff could not be any nicer or more professional than what I experienced. I could not have felt more cared for. Thanks very much."

"I was scheduled to have surgery on my arm in the morning, but the facility called me and said they were behind schedule . I thought that was strange considering it was still early in the day to be behind, but I thought that was nice of them to let me know. So I went to the facility an hour later. However, when I arrived and filled out the paperwork, I still waited about an additional hour. Once I was called in, the nurses started preparing me for surgery. Overall, the staff was nice and professional. But the prep area itself was not up to what I would call professional standards. Instead of being in a bed, I was prepared in a chair.Also, I thought is was strange that I walked myself into the operating room on my own. Once I was in post-op and woke up, I felt like I was rushed out of building."

"Typical example of what's wrong with the medical field these days. The staff is tired of dealing with patients everyday and it's evident in the way they speak with you. The "sighs" and "eye rolls" when you make a comment specific to your needs or treatment. I gave two stars rather than one, because the actual procedure went well. I wouldn't go back. I just changed my rating to one star because they had the audacity to call my doctor's office about being given wrong information regarding my medications. I had confirmed all medications with this facility on Friday but THEY failed to update their OWN information, causing some confusion with today's procedure and refused to accept ANY responsibility for the mix-up."

"I had a back fusion and after my surgery was done one nurse wanted me to stand up. She held my arm while 2 other nurses had a personal conversation that had nothing to do with work. They could of helped the nurse that was helping me stand. One of my legs was still numbed and As I stood up my ankle twisted because I had no support on one side. I told my doctor about what had happened and basically he blamed it on other things like maybe it has to do with the nerves. I had a Mri done of the ankle that confirmed a tear. I don’t recommend this place because there is a safety issue for patients."
