"My rating is a 1 star and only because of the workers! Some of the workers there are too high to understand what a business is. The first thing they did wrong was You can’t just wait for the customer to walk up to and then wait for them to start the conversation. Also if your in a business you can’t just eat right in front of the customer, just shows how much you really care for your brand that you rather eat in front of a buyer. The last thing is yes the location is near prior to the hood as you can say but you can’t have an attitude of being hood. The workers need to represent themselves better or a business like this can just get rated out since other companies have better customer service."
