"Worst LTL company ever! Believe me, stay away from these people. They will damage, delay, and refuse to help you on your shipments. They have hidden rules where they screw the customer over on every aspect of an issue occurring. They should do the world a favor and get bought out by a real company like Old Dominion."

"Horrible! Messy, just messy. They were supposed to deliver through Home Depot (Why did they contract these people out?!?!) The delivery driver arrived FIVE days earlier, so we weren't available to take the shipment, when I asked for them to bring it back another day, they said they don't deliver on weekends. WHAT? We asked to have it deliver Monday, and that morning, I called to confirm delivery. 1. I couldn't track it through their website, it always gave me an error message, 2. When transferred to the location that was supposed to deliver, I was told to hold on, 15 minutes later, the guy never came back to the phone. When I actually got another person, she couldn't give me a window for delivery. That person kept saying "we don't have an ETA yet." WINDOW and ETA are different. I just need a time frame."
