"This was my first trip to the new office of RELIEVUS, a pain management practice. I was impressed by the decor of the office as compared with another office I used to visit. The doc I saw was very pleasant & professional. As was the front staff. I only had to wait about 7 minutes after check-in to be brought in to see the doc who was already in his room waiting to see me. Overall I was very pleased with my trip to this practice."

"Dr Reyes and Etya are wonderful, since the new takeover, things have gone DOWN HILL,you now have a contact center in Phillipines they do not relay messages to your Dr, after calling twice I missed my appointment because I was ill, called twice they never called in my pain meds, now I am suffering all weekend, their Billing dept has No Idea what their doing the office doesn't know I have a copay, even after I tell them, then they send me over inflated bills that has nothing to do with my copay, NOT GOOD ANYMORE"

"The Dr was great staff not so much. I was supposed to have my 1st gel injection tomorrow. I called to confirm and was told my appointment was canceled and moved to the 19th without my knowledge it was done by the supervisor. Horrible way to run a practice not letting patients know you canceled there apt. Will not be returning."

"Making an appointment here was difficult. had to wait a week just to get in and then even more waiting in the office. they do not have a direct line to this office which is even more frustrating. the neck injection that was performed by the Doctor did NOT help at all. Not returning here anymore."

"Amazing doctors and nurse practitioners! They listen to their patients and give appointments so fast and get u in in a few days which is so important when you’re suffering. They do injections, stem cell therapy and more. I’m so happy I switched to this pain management who didn’t give up trying new things until they found what worked for me and it didn’t take long because of fast appointments. Love this place."
