"This was my first visit to family first urgent Care having just moved to the area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. After only 5 minutes in the waiting room they saw me. Dr Phil was professional and very friendly as well. I was in and out of there in a half hour! Great place, I highly recommend them."

We went today and were seen by a nurse practitioner and nurse practitioner student and they were both beyond amazing with my daughter. As a mother, I can not recommend this urgent care enough. "Front desk staff was nice. Just feel better having a doctor see us and not a Pa. Or just should at least be a doctor there overseeing care not sure if there was also a .35 cents convenience fee for using my card is ridiculous at a doctor's office unfortunately will not be back If they need the 35 cents that bad they won't get it from me."

"I've gone to the Toms River location several times for various reasons, and most recently I took my 2 year old because I was unable to get him a pediatrician appointment and didn't want to wait much linger. I simply made an appointment online, and once we got there and checked in we did not have to wait long at all. Everyone from the receptionist, to the assistant, and the PA that treated my son were extremely nice and helpful. She was able to determine what my son needed, and on the way out he even got balloon as a parting gift =) Cannot recommend them enough!!"
