"I worked with a broker at Empire Office. I was trying to place a very simple order from Steelcase. The broker met with me at the showroom and I picked out the order quite quickly and was ready to place my order almost immediately. But over the course of several months she ignored emails to place my order no matter how polite or patient I was. I figured she must have something going on in her life to be so unprofessional but she kept assuring me she would get to my order. 3 months later and still nothing despite several reassurances. I suspect the order is small enough that she feels it is not worth her time. I politely asked Empire to work with another broker to complete the order but no response. Very frustrating for what should be a very simple process. I'm simply confused and annoyed as I almost never have issues in general as I believe I try to be polite and attentive on my end and usually the other party is as well."
