"I was greeted very hospitably from the very first attempt. The pre-registration staff and the Veterinarian were very enthusiastic to assist. It felt comfortable and safe. My cat had not urinated for 3 days and we were worried about the possibility of residual urine poisoning. But another issue that worried us was the veterinary organizations that charged tons of prices on the phone without seeing the patient and were unable to accept them without an appointment. We went here without an appointment due to our urgency and they accepted us. After the doctor finished the examination, he came and explained each step and the cost in detail. There were no surprises! Everything is clear and precise. This immediately gives you the feeling that you are in a safe and caring place. I can also say that it is a very clean and well-maintained clinic. You can sit in the exam room while you are being examined and waiting afterward. They will have comfortable seats for you.
