"Absolutely horrible! The front desk staff is rude! There's never enough phlebotomist. Even though you have an appointment there's always a wait time! So unorganized!"

"Clean very robotic when interacting with reception and no signs for first timers to register at computerized podium and reception makes that clear. But when you take appointments and walkins that's the issue you must contend with as we do daily with our sellers. But all and all seemed undeber staffed looked to be when I was there only 1 phlebotomist on duty and 4 people in waiting room and all 4 bays in back taken and each with there own scripts from Doctor wanting certain tests requiring more or less blood. Then phlebotomist must liable and store each.draw.session as to be tested by each required test. So even though surely reception and a 15 minute wait for phlebotomist who by the way was fantastic found vein, stick was litteraly a punch not some one fishing around till they get blood She was clearly an experienced phlebotomist. Very clean place very mechanical but sometimes that is a good thing as to avoid mislabeled tunes dropped or lost or even mixing up samples. So I over looked the litteraly sterile environment and lack of interaction with staff and recommend this facility as efficient painless and accurate in thier jobs. Will use this office anytime."

"This location has gone downhill lately. You should be able to expect people to do their job with common sense and an ounce of compassion. I guess that doesn't exist anymore! You would think a tech would let a parent know that all they have were XL needles before they go to draw from a 3 year old. No, my child was screaming and crying after the first tube so I look down and see the large needle being used. I asked if there were any smaller needles available and was told no. The supervisor also had no information on when they will have more needles nir did she offer any sympathy. This is a violation of informed consent. If you have a pediatric patient you use pediatric equipment. If you don't have that equipment, you should at least make that aware to all parties. Now my sons vein is blown out and I am so aggravated at the carelessness at this location."

"Usually quick. Signs state "frequent cleaning" but I have been there several times and have NEVER seen anyone cleaning anything and I have been put in a room immediately after another patient (on different occassiions) and I know for a fact, that the equipment was NOT cleaned in between each patient. This is disturbing. Would give 5 stars otherwise."
