"STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!!! I have had the worst experience with these people; I agreed to sign up because we personally knew Dani Candelario, and he convinced me that he could offer me the same rate for my current USAA policy and instead they offered me a 6 month policy instead and never explained that to me, I ended up paying more with a lesser coverage. I have been having issues and no one calls you back, they are hard to get a hold of, for 2 years it's been a struggle. A Few days ago I was told that my policy was cancelled and I had no coverage since November 14th, it's January for goodness sake, this is awful business. I never received notification, I called State Farm customer service frantic because I didn't see a payment reminder. State Farm Customer service informed me that I did not have insurance coverage for 2 months. Dani Candelario's office rep. confirmed that I was cancelled from November 14th. I asked them for a refund from 11/15-11/30 and they told me that I owed them for insurance through December 5th because I was reinstated the same day and that they would not be issuing me a refund but a bill for the amount owed. How is this company cancelling policies and reinstating them back without my signature of approval to do this? They confirmed with me earlier that morning that I had no coverage and would sign me up for a new policy and I declined a new policy on the phone. They are trying to get me to back pay them for coverage I did not have and I was told this by Dani agency in the morning. They also told me that State Farm Customer Service does not keep their records updated. My truck broke down on the highway in Nov. and I was told that I had to pay the tow truck company upfront and they would be reimburse me, they asked me to send them the invoice to find out that they will not reimburse me. Stay away from them. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau."
