"No one answers the phone or calls back EVER. Takes months for an appt This place is the pits."

"Honestly the way this clinic is set up is horrible. Not only do people have to wait 1-3 hours for a SET appointment but the staff is also disgustingly rude and dismissive. They also automatically assumed information without consulting with me. The call center, receptionists, and providers all provide different information and it’s a waste of people's time. I feel extremely upset and uncomfortable with how my experience went today. Do better"

"This place is terrible. Hour waits for no reason. Why schedule us for a set time if you are not going to be ready for that time frame. Every occasion I went in there was unpleasant. I am now calling to retrieve my immunizations and there phone line is down I have been calling for 2 days and still no connection. Worse medical facility I have ever been in and this is coming from someone who was in the Army and dealt with the V.A."

"The doctors are very nice. But the fact that you have to wait more than normal it's really annoying. My mom had her appointment at 9 and now it's 11:41 and we're still waiting. I don't get it why they give us appointments if they don't call us at the certain hour they told us to be here."

"The waiting time is about 2 hours just to get general questions asked with the nurse & to see the doctor is about 30 minutes more of waiting. For people like me who don't have insurance there is nothing else to do but wait & for the price it is reasonable. It is a public clinic so what else can you expect. The nurses are nice they usually explain everything i need to know for birth control the obgyn docs are okay but not as good as I expect. The bathrooms are usually clean but have no garbage cans in each stall which does not make sense."
