"This was a great practice, they no longer take same day sick visits. We started off with Dr. Khan, they no longer let us see him anymore..no idea if he's even there. Time for a new practice."
"boyfriend had an appt here at 11, i drove and it’s now almost 12:30 and he hasn’t been seen yet. do doctors not understand people have other things to do besides wait for hours?? ridiculous. oh they finally just saw him and he said the doctor copped an attitude with him! will not be coming back here!"
"The darker Hispanic receptionist was eating food at her desk while checking me in. It honestly grossed me out and it’s super unprofessional to do that. She also muttered “ay I hate this!” She shouldn’t be the face of the company."
"I am grateful for the time and attention given to me by all: the front desk, nursing, doctors, and support staff at this location. Check-ins can be time-consuming, so arrive 20 minutes early and plan to be here for 1+ hour as appointment times can get pushed and pulled, depending on the day. Schedule your follow-ups in advance, immediately on the way out the door after your previous visit to make sure your doctor isn't booked out when you need them. The call-center wait/hold process has been very time-consuming for the average person, so I make all of my appointments in person, which bogs down the front desk. The front desk has an overwhelming amount of work to do from what I can tell in the 3+ years I have been coming here, but the new check-in list has resulted in a significant improvement. As far as patients being seen on time, maybe have a check-box for "only checking-in" or "medication refill" or "question unrelated to appt" etc. to help prevent check-ins from getting stuck behind a long list of people who just need to ask questions? I don't know how to fix the efficiency of this process, but it is still broken. Again, FFHC has the best doctors and staff I have ever seen, especially Dr. Dermer and Maria (LCSW)."
"I am new the to area, and I decided to go with this place because it was in-network and close to us. What a mistake! Complete trainwreck and utterly disorganized. You have to wait a long time to even get someone one the phone. When you do, the staff seems completely clueless. First off, they made several scheduling gaffs before setting up my initial appointment. In that initial appointment, I spoke the doctor about following up with new blood work in five months. five months later, I call to request that order, and a staff member that says the order will be ready in 48 hours. When 48 hours passes with no order, I call back and another staff members says you will need to make an appointment before we can order that. Dr. Raymond is a nice guy, but the office is a disaster. I already located a new doctor, and I 'm happy not deal with this place anymore."
