"I have been to several different doctors over the years after my last doctor left the practice she was at. I have had some medical issues that I have been plagued with for years and I would BEG (almost literally) every doctor I went to, to PLEASE help me figure this out and doctor after doctor would do nothing UNTIL I started seeing Dr. Debbie!!! She got RIGHT on the case and helped me to get this under control (and to lose over 20 lbs over a few months)! From the front desk staff, to the MA, to the Phlebotomist, to Dr. Debbie, I felt welcomed and cared for. They don't make me feel like I am bothering them for having to do what they are there to do (as I have encountered way to many times at other practices) they make you feel like no request is to big or a bother. I hope the staff sees this because I once took a class on Customer Service and they said in the class that "when a customer has a good experience they will tell 1 person but when they have a bad experience they will tell 10 people" and I truly believe that, so I am telling as many people as will read this review. So would I recommend this practice and it's staff to others? Ummm..... HECK YEAH I WOULD!!!! Thank you Dr. Debbie and all the staff you guys are truly the BEST!"
