"These agency has nice service only when you first sign up insurance with them. I got my first quote really cheap, I was enticed and signed up. Since than they increased rate at every chance and turn their attitude from nice to really worst. Employees who work their are good but the owner Donna Dillon has the worst attitude and has no idea how to professionally talk to their clients with patience. I cancelled my policy with them and got one more bad experience even after that. Upon checking up on the status of refund, we were bluntly told "you cancelled the policy so you don't owe us anything and we don't owe you anything!!!" After getting little tough, all the information I needed came right out. The info was well enetered in the system with exact amount of refund but they did not help at first. This is the worst place to get Auto insurance, save yourself lots of hassle and stay away!"
