"Took half day off work to recieve delivery. Driver never showed! Never recieved a phone call. When I called customer service they stated they don't know what's going on, can't get a hold of the driver and need to reschedule. Company wastes your time!"
"Driver was extremely rude and refused to drop of merchandise, because he claimed he had no room to exit. There was plenty of room to unload and he ended up backing out of the drive way. He cursed at us and had an all around bad attitude."
