"Took my 97yo Dad to see Dr Glasser for hip pain. She walked into the room without introducing herself and then said "oh by the way I'm Dr Glasser". She reviewed his hip complaints, understood his age she would not recommend surgery, but pain management. He has 2 lidocaine/cortisone injections with minimal relief. I asked for pain patches and was referred to use OTC analgesics. She has no bedside manner and totally disregarded my fathers concerns and ignored his need to control of his hip pain. She also wouldn't speak to me on the phone and I was forced to deal with an assistant that was also not empathetic or sympathetic. I will not return to her and told that assistant to make sure she knows why. Horrible for a elderly patient to have to deal with Drs like this."
