"This is the worst doctor- office I have ever experienced. EVER. When I called to make the appointment I asked if the doctor accepts my insurance. The secretary, Donna, said yes. One month later when I showed up for the appointment, she tells me that the doctor cannot see me because the insurance includes a waiver that precludes her from being reimbursed by the park for anything above what the insurance covers. I tell her I will sign a waiver to pay the balance. In response she informs me that the doctor will only see me out of pocket. I’m sorry? What? Her words “ You should know your insurance.” So, let me get this straight, beyond the question of whether a doctor accepts a medical insurance, I should then go down the list of parameters of said insurance, too. Doesn’t the question of accept or not accept cover this? Moreover, if this is an issue, why not ask for a copy of my insurance card in advance- which states the parameters clearly. Instead: it is okay to waste the time of a busy teacher/mother who has driven 30 minutes each way to be denied service as the staff/doctor did not uphold their end. Such unkind, unprofessional, uncaring treatment, I have never experienced. Did I mention that I am in pain? I really needed to see a doctor? I waited a month for this appointment! I am crying in frustration. Thank you for nothing. Do NOT see this doctor. BEWARE!!!"

"I found a wonderful rheumatologist Dr Sawsan Najmey FACR at MidStateRheumatology Center Freehold. I have been a patient for a few years and they deserve an A+. Your temperature is taken right at the door everyone is masked and the waiting room is restricted for only a few patients. There no need to worry about your safety. The waiting room is quaint and clean. The office staff are friendly. I personally love Dr Najmey who is intelligent and a good listener and covers all the bases. You are never rushed and she double checks making sure you are ok. I would highly recommend Dr Najmey."
