"Huge thank you for Dr. Michael and Sandy and staffs. I have been suffering from really bad respiratory issues with sore throat since last week, so I called the office to make an appointment for the first time. I was able to see the doctor in the next day and I felt that I was really cared throughout my first visit. Later I was tested positive with Flu. I called back with the result, then Dr. Mike prescribed the medication right away for me. I am so glad that there are good doctors and the staffs near me. They really care for patients. I will highly recommend ABMA!"

"I made an emergency appointment for the next day for tooth pain & I didn't feel welcomed or like the dentist wanted to service me. Dr. Budda was very unwelcoming & judged me for not being in that office since 2017 although I filled out & told her on my patient papers I went to a different dentist in Sicklerville last year. I didn’t receive a check up with any of my other teeth (beside the one I was concerned about) to see if they were damaged or needed fixing I was only told about the tooth I was concerned about & sent to get antibiotics from the pharmacy while being rushed out of the patient chair. Then when she referred me to an Oral surgeon it wasn’t made out to be an emergency (although it was) so I was told I may have to be on a wait list. I understand Doctors offices & all medical offices are very busy especially post pandemic but I just felt like I was being rushed all together. I wasn’t offered to be a regular patient with annual appointments after being judged for when the last time was that I visited their either. I just really didn’t feel welcomed at this office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you’re looking to feel comfortable when stepping into a dentists office because I know some people get nervous when it comes to having their teeth examined."

"I don't understand all of the negative reviews because I've been here multiple times and often and haven't experienced most of the negative things listed. This tells me that these people encountered mistakes and decided that everything about the office was awful. I've never waited more than 15 minutes, nurse visits are insanely fast, and only one time they almost charged me but realized they didn't need to and they refunded me immediately and apologized. Everyone has been friendly and I would just say they don't act "fake nice" which I appreciate more than hearing a customer service voice. Including all of the mistakes people have listed I would give it 4/5 stars, but I personally haven't experienced these things and do not wish to skew any data, so based on my experience, 5/5 stars highly recommend."

"I have nothing but awesome outcomes from visiting this office. I have been a patient for over 8 years. I started out seeing Kelly the NP whom is fabulous. Then I transferred my care to Dr. Mike. I can honestly say he is the most humble, dedicated provider I have ever met. he truly cares about the well-being of his patients. He ensures that you have all the tools and resources needed to maintain your health. His staff goes above and beyond to make anyone feel comfortable. Customer service is key in this office. But who sparks me the most is Eisha and Amanda, I never have felt so positive about going to the doctor until I met these two. Not everyone can empathize with you or turn a negative into a positive. They both go beyond the call of patient satisfaction. Although I pass other doctors offices enroute to see Dr. Mike Hassman, nothing compares to the positive experiences they have embraced me and my family with. I call it my family away from family. Thank you all for your support and carry nature. Please don't change especially Eisha and Amanda. If i spelled anyones 's name incorrectly I apologize."
