"My experience at this hospital was horrible. I came in with chest, back pain, and shortness of breath and it was as if no one cared. I could tell from the staffs demeanor while I’m explaining that they were going to push my condition off and try to get me in and out. They didn’t have the same care and sense of urgency as they should for someone that I having irregular heart palpitations. I had to stress to the doctor because I am a black woman and based on the health care history towards not taking our concerns serious, I don’t want to leave just to go home and die because you just want to get people in and out. I want to just leave and get a second opinion elsewhere because of this experience and me now not feeling comfortable to trust my health in your hands. Usually, Virtua is my go to for hospitals but I will make it a mission to steer people away, so no other women of color especially black woman have to go through this."

"The male nurse @ Berlin Hospital is extremely nice. Pays attention to detail & let's you know why, how come. And would if. His bed side manners are especial! And he is respectful& very curtitious! The female with blonde hair that works in the ER should be fired! She left me unattended in the hospital bed didn't put the bed rail up & I also fell out of the bed! Also she has zero bed side manners! Respect is earned NOT given! She the witch from hell! I told the ER staff to keep her away from me!"

"I was surprised to see how quickly and easily I was served. I had never been in a non traditional emergency hospital before however after this experience I think it is going to be hard going back to a traditional emergency room. The atmosphere was great, the service was fast, the staff was great and overall I was completely pleased. I must say the staff was exceptional great with my son. Thanks for all the snacks options and conversations. Mr. Robinson, Ms Rose Summers,Nurse Practitioner Ms Souza you are making a huge difference in how you treat your patients and Jordan and I are grateful for all the kindness, gentleness, care and love shown. Urgent care idea is super clever. Overall a phenomenal experience. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to share openly about my awesome experiences at this location. To the staff, what you do and how you do it matters… keep being a light…❤️❤️❤️ 7/24/2022 ⭐️ I guess the experience is definitely affiliated with who is working. My experience was below a 1 star ⭐️ on this day between the hours of 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Horrible front desk experience and atmosphere with below average customer service approach. Despicable behavior displayed, training should be administered at every level with the front desk staff. Wow … what a day a difference makes… my first experience and my last experience. Thanks to the team members who value the brand and who consistently seek to do their best each and every day. Your work is appreciated because I know it’s not easy but you make a deliberate and conscious decision to be the best for your clients each and every day."

"This was the worst ER experience I've ever had. I came in with severe upper arm pain unable to move, eat or drink and otherwise care for myself. No screening was performed. A doctor came in and moved my arms until I cried in pain, and they gave me Valium and Benadryl presumably to shut me up. They sent me home with nothing except a sling that was poorly designed and probably from whatever the medical equivalent of the dollar store is. The only person to treat me with kindness and a gentle attitude was the person working reception who helped me with paperwork and drinking water."

"I walked in with two kids, one very sick. The level of care we received was amazing. Everyone from the person who checked us in to the doctors and nurses, to the security guard who walked us out to our car under an umbrella in the pouring rain while I had my hands very full... made us feel cared for. You do not find this often. I'll definitely recommend this location and use in the future for any emergencies. Thank you!"
