JAG Physical Therapy

"I was directed to JAG Physical Therapy in Long Branch through a work related injury (a broken foot) and couldn't be happier. Everyone in the office is super friendly and Dennis, the Physical Therapist, is very knowledgeable, takes his time with me, is very informative with all my questions and gives great instruction on what will help with the healing process. I broke my other foot a few years ago, and it just hasn't felt the same since healing, so Dennis and his staff have been helping me with that foot also. I couldn't be happier with my treatment at JAG and I literally walk out of my sessions feeling like I'm walking on clouds. I would highly recommend JAG, especially if you're looking for a more one on one experience with physical therapy, rather than those where you're seeing multiple therapists and having to explain your injury over and over and receiving different types of treatment."

"Made an appointment in august for today, to get a call on Monday that it has to be pushed to 1/1:15 due to the therapist. I call up to see what the issue is and the lady said “oh corporate changed the schedule” I’m like what does corporate have todo with one therapists schedule? :dead silence: I told her I want it canceled. I won’t miss work for an appointment. Calls me back the next day even after I said I made the appointment at 11am otherwise I’ll have to miss work. Proceeds to mention 4 other appointments at the time they pushed the first appointment to (1pm). Makes an appointment on Oct 10. So what happens when it gets pushed again? I’m gonna wait 4 months for a therapy session? If you need physical therapy find a competent place because this isn’t it."

"The therapy was good, but I was charged $25.00 PER VISIT. And I didn't know that for over 2 weeks. By that time I had racked up a good-sized bill. As soon as I saw the bills, I discontinued therapy. I always went to Kessler and was never charged a copay. Will never go back to a place that can't tell you what you will be charged. Be forewarned - unless you can afford $75.00 per week (which is what I was charged), go somewhere else!"

"Crest Physical Therapy were excellent. First the receptionist accommodated my needs to give me an appointment as soon as possible even though they were very busy. Dennis Waite was the therapist that saw me. He explained very well what he was going to do to address my issue, and then proceeded to treat me. He was very thoughtful, professional and he knew what he was doing. I felt much better after only two sessions with him. I fully recommend their practice and Dennis in particular."
