"If I could give zero stars I would . It is completely absurd that I waited 5 months to become a new patients .I found out I was pregnant 4 days ago 2 weeks before my initial appointment and they took me off the schedule because they weren’t accepted new pregnant clients. The receptionist didn’t even ask how many weeks I was or anything !!!!!!so she wouldn’t have known if the doctors were available on my due date or not . I would not recommend!!!! Horrible"

"I was at west long branch Obgyn and got discharged via letter (not even the courtesy of a phone call) because I expressed to a midwife that if possible I would prefer a female since I have history of trauma with men (and she was a female). I was in my first trimester, at risk for pre-eclampsia, and she discharged me leaving me high and dry. This pregnancy has been so traumatic after being discharged VIA MAIL by an OB’s office, when she knew this pregnancy was potentially high risk. Do yourself a favor if you’re pregnant and don’t go here."

"Having trouble with billing issues, being billed my copay for a yearly check up. Maryann the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She told me the doctor ran extra test on me since I was a first time patient, therefore I still have to pay the deductible. Maryann was so rude, talking over me and not even trying to help or explain my problem. Stay away from this office, my mom and I both had issues with billing. Stay away from this OBGYN all they care about is taking your money. to put the icing on the cake i never heard back from any of the results of the test that were done without my consent! big waste of my time."

"I have been a patient in the WLB office for over 10 years, seeing primarily Dr. Jackson. I can't say enough good things about her and the staff in their office. I saw her for several years before I became pregnant, then rotated all of the doctors in the office while I was pregnant and really felt comfortable with all of them. I know they're a very busy and growing office, but have always been lucky enough to have good experiences with the office staff as well. I really love this office! :)"

"Not going to lie, the reviews scared me a bit but I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this practice. I saw most of the docs on rotation throughout my pregnancy (with Dr. Smith being the main/initial one) and I honestly loved them all. As a first time mom I had NO IDEA what to expect, but they all made me feel super comfortable and at ease as they patiently listened to and answered my questions. I had their midwife Danielle during most of my labor then delivered with Smith and they were INCREDIBLE. Absolutely loved them both and trust them wholeheartedly. I would recommend to anyone!"
