"The worst!! After leaving several messages and emails about authorization for an MRI, they approved it for the wrong site. Went to pick up my X-ray for the MRI and the office closed an hour earlier than they said. The doctors here are great but the office staff is stroke inducing."

"Dr Marcus is great. Dr Charen for knee issues is not. He completely rushes you through the appointment and does not come off as a kind or gentle man whatsoever. Forget that I’m fine with that. But he NEVER calls back. Never got a call back from Charen a few weeks ago when I was visiting Another doctor and had some follow up questions. And then I called last week - had to call two times - once left a voicemail in the general mailbox to schedule an appointment with Dr Charen, and then the second time got the answering service - left all my information with them to call me back and 3 days later still nothing. If you don’t mind getting ignored and not getting called back and not feeling welcome (unless you’re with Dr Marcus), then this is the place for you!"

"My wife was at work during my appointment so I had to go to this appointment with my 8 month old baby. I had to go to this appointment because the pain in my left shoulder was eating me alive. I was sure if the office allow babies or children. I was surprise how nice the staff were. They were nice to me and my son and that made me feel super comfortable. Doctor Zimmerman explained my diagnoses to me in details that i have never experienced with any doctor before. My next appointment is coming up and I am happy to visit again."
