"Don't waste your time. I worked in with flu symptoms. Told the secretary my symptoms and stated that I wanted to get tested to know if i have Covid-19 or a flu. After waiting for an hour the doctor came to the room to tell me I can't be tested for either. I need to go to an emergency room or urgent care. Yet, I had to pay. After complaining to the office manager, I was told the doctor sent me a prescription at the pharmacy. I asked for what since he doesn't know what's wrong with me how could he prescribed me anything. Save yourself the trip. Don't go to that place They are not providing medical care. They are just charging people's insurance for walking through the door. . It's a scam. The lady at the front desk is rude and dismissive. She yelled at me twice."
"Extremely disorganized to say the least. The women working at the front desk are rude and dismissive. You can hardly ever get a hold of anyone over the phone during their normal business hours. My primary care doctor never knows who I am, despite being a patient for over 5 years. I would strongly recommend finding another practice in the area. It's the responsibility of the physician to communicate with their patient, however, the mismanagement of this particular office seems to make that much more difficult than necessary."
"The practice is very unorganized from start to finish. The front desk was not friendly or courteous. She was actually very snippy. My records were never obtained even though my previous provider brought me into this practice when he retired. I actually had to fax report myself and the had mixed messages from provider. I was told that I would have to have a second visit the go over reports that should have been there for first visit. This is a waste of time,effort and money. I have made a new patient appointment with a different doctor and practice. I will never see another doctor here."
"Trying to make an appointment for almost 2 weeks with them. Either no one answers and it goes to voicemail or someone answers puts you on hold for 10 -15 minutes and never comes back. OR you get a hold of someone and they take your info down and say they will check the schedule and get back to you and never call you back....how hard is it to check a computer schedule and add someone to it while on the phone with them , every DR in my life has done just that. Multiple times last couple weeks have not been feeling well and tried to call to see if any sick visits are available and when i was told they weren't i been trying to schedule just a general check up to go over a few things with the Doctor . Multiple times ive called and nurse or person on phone asked for reason for my visit and when i told them i was very rudely told to just go to urgent care and hung up on . I've been to urgent care i want my real DR to talk to after several trips there to start a more comprehensive process of figuring things out AS IVE BEEN TOLD TO DO AT URGENT CARE! . At this point the rudeness and unavailability of the staff is putting peoples health at risk . Sometimes i remember to call a few times a week and try - others its starting to feel bad that reminds me to call more and that when they rudely tell me just to go to urgent care. If the phones are that busy how hard is it to hire a receptionist whoes job is just to answer phones for things like that - if your that busy you should have the money to afford someone that can answer the phones !! I am going to make a few more attempts at making an appoinment but their web system is horrible , they don't call you with test results and you have to hunt them down for results IF THEY answer at all they are immediately annoyed by your calling to follow up on something days or weeks past due that they never sent or informed you on. After this probably going to have to find someone else - really sucks because i like the DR and they are like 2 blocks form me and super convenient but never had such bad phone service or medical staff responsiveness ever"
"Like other reviewers, I also never receive a proper call back from the office staff. Most of my calls go straight to voicemail, and when I do speak with someone they promise to take down my information and have the doctor call. There have been times when I called the office back after waiting a week, speak to the same staff member, and they act like we never spoke. Beyond the abysmal staff experience, Dr. Mezic is quite knowledgeable and effective with proper follow-up. However, I won't be going back to this office until I hear the staff experience has been cleaned up."
