"Shrewsbury Bike is an outstanding local bike shop. Over the last 12 years, i've purchased 5 bikes there (road, gravel and beach cruisers). Every single purchase and subsequent service has been superior to any other local shop. My most recent purchase turned out to have a small crack in the carbon fiber frame. It would have been impossible to notice when the bike was assembled. I brought the bike in after about a month and Shrewsbury Bike worked with the manufacturer in replacing the frame. I thought for sure i'd have to fight this out with the manufacturer. The replacement took a few days and the bike is now flawless. I am now a customer-for-life and will always recommend Shrewsbury Bike to friends and family."
