"*EDITED* They company quickly reached out and addressed the situation after posting my first review. The manager Scott was very nice and receptive of my feedback. I increased to a 3 star review for their handling. I still do not agree with corporate policy. I have to say it was one of the worst sales experiences of my life. They do not let you purchase any shoes without a consultation. I asked multiple times if I could walk out of the store with them as a gift today. They said yes but order online. Went through the entire process to learn that you can’t pick up in store same day. You have to get them shipped. Waste of time and loss of a sale. As I was there another customer of over 10 years walked out because of it."

"OH MY GOD. Is all I can say! I was long overdue for fresh pair of running shoes. My 3 & 4 yr old boys had off from school and I was bit hesitant to bring them, but when we need shoes we get ‘em shoes, so figured I’ll bring the boys & hope for the best. So we walked into RR and was greeted by the massive smile and cheerful energy of the enthusiastic NATE THE GREAT!! He measured and analyzed my feet and recommended a beauty pair of sneaks! At this point, my sons were acting up a little, so he took the time to have an indoor “race” with them and cared for me and them alike like a loving uncle. They didn’t want to run anymore so he set them up with his iPad so they can watch their favorite shows! His energy and knowledge is so genuine and awesome that when we got back home my boys asked when can we go back to see uncle Nate!! Listen guys, if you’re looking for awesome running shoes and unparalleled customer service, hit up road runner and ask for Uncle Nate!!"

"This is the best way to get fit for running shoes. It doesn't matter if you are crushing your 10th marathon or just getting off the couch. You will get fitted for the best shoe for you. I recommend the custom insoles too, arch support can go a lone way in a good pair of shoes plus they are good for 1000 miles! Really fun personable staff and the store is very clean. Love this place."

"My first time experience was amazing. My husband and I was looking for everyday shoes because I’m a hairstylist. My husband is a runner so we both are hard ok our feet. Jordan the specialist was amazing. She took her time with us, very patient and she listened to our concerns. Both walked out of there very pleased and we are enjoying our new kicks! "I am impressed with the excellent customer service I received. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the store had a vast selection of running shoes and gear. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Jayshon and Nate (the great) were highly knowledgeable about running shoes, and they were patient and outgoing, all qualities that made my experience positive and memorable. They took the time to discuss the different types of shoes, suggested which shoes would fit me best, and offered me personalized advice. They didn’t rush me when I was making my decision, and I appreciate the level of customer service I received. They were genuinely interested in helping me find the right shoes, and I'm happy with the ones I got. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality running gear/shoes and friendly and helpful staff.
