"I would not recommend this clinic. 40 mts wait to see the doctor. And after all the wait, the doctor is in a hurry and wants you to come back next time to address the issue. Yesterday was the third time the issue was not addressed and given different reason why it cannot be done now. They just want you to keep coming again and again. Is there a rule that they can't address more than one problem at one time? Very bad experience."

"Always have a great experience when I have to visit the office. You feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I feel confident that I get the best care every visit."

"The staff and doctors are friendly, punctual and highly skilled. I had several minor surgeries and was in and out within 30 minutes to an hour each time. They were informative, caring and nurturing. There was one scheduling hiccup on their end, but overall a very good practice and experience."

"Doctor was very good but staff needs better training ! I have sever mosquito bites that when I went in for last was prescribed a steroid cream that worked well. Staff told me that since it was 13 months since my last appointment that I would have to see doctor first. Told me that next virtual appointment was 4 days later. That doesn't help me. Couldn't do any thing else. Told me to go to Urgent Care!! Really didn't give a hoot. Worst staff ever!! What a shame !!"

"Reception staff was great. Although busy fielding phone calls and patients at the same time they remained attentive, kind and patient. I changed dermatologists because I decided I’d be more comfortable now with a female. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Sivanesan but I was still anxious. Thankfully, I feel I made a good decision and am in “good hands”. The office location is made pretty clear on their website. I had no problem. You’ll be just fine :)."
