"There's a different doctor every day, so you won't get follow-up. So if your conditions get worse, you have to pay to go back again. In my experience, the doctor didn't accurately document my condition, and now I can't get help unless I pay to go there again. It's a gamble to know if you'll get the right answer first or pay for subsequent trips. They say its policy. Further, don't expect a call. In my case, they didn't even have the courtesy to call back when they said they would. When I did call and got someone, they claimed the pain I'm experiencing wasn't documented, so they'd have to see me again. Lastly, they can't even help you with a prescription another provider at their facility gave because it's a different person daily. The business model of potentially collecting multiple co-pays for the same condition is horrible. Patients should be able to follow up for free, especially on a drug they provided."
