"I really want to like this place but they make it so hard to. My daughter has been here a handful of times and they are NEVER on time. Even with having the first appointment of the day. The wait is at least 45 minutes before being seen. Then you’re put into a room to wait more. They must book a number of people for the same time slot and when you have a toddler waiting is so hard for them. You would think that would be taken into consideration. It really is the worst experience. I dread having to go."
"I had a really bad experience with Dr. Farhad chowdhary. First of all he mis diagnosed me. I went for some neck/throat problem and he mis diagnosed and asked me for a ultrasound (fine) and while I am explaining my problem he started looking into my ears and says that he has always wanted to look at patient eard (weird!!) And he inserts some sharp object and trys to take out some wax, it was paining a lot and he writes presumption for ear drops. WTH ?? I cane for a throat problem which I am facing (1) which he mis diagnosed (2) he looks into my ears without me asking for it (3) he writes a prescription for ear drops and scares me by saying that I have too much wax in my ears and I might have ear pain if I don't take the drops. Ok I was like let me take my ultrasound and let's worry about my ear later . I took my ultrasound and as expected what he diagnosed was wrong and it was something else which was normal. So the report went to him from the radiology I waited for 2 days to get a call from doc but there was no response, I called doc office 1st attemp there was no proper response (3rd day) 4th day I called again so the nurse told me that doc usually calls at end of the day ND go over the report I was like OK.no call on 4th day . 5th day I get a call from nurse in the afternoon saying that all my report looks fine and no need to do any test for next 3 to 6 months . I was like OK thank you but I have few questions to doctors since he said some other problem. She was like what do you wanna ask ? Then I asked Question#1 then she was put the call on hold for few seconds and then she answered. I asked question#2 she again put the call on hold and then she answered (looks like she is talking to doctor) but he doesn't even bother talking to the patient what is this? I asked again to the nurse that I want to talk to doctor and then she said she will confirm and let me know. But no response. I again called them on 6th day and told the nurse that I have few questions to the doctor based on my ultrasound and you please ask doctor to call back when he is free.. 9 months passed and there is no response. THATS HOW THIS CLINIC TREATS THEIR PATIENT. As a patient when you have problem talking to doctor gives you immense relief and also once you get your reports you feel like talking to doctor and clear out all your questions regarding your report since you don't understand what's written in radiology document. I HAD REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DOCTOR I think he is not specialist in many things and he might be good with only ears in that case he should encourage or refer me to other doc. But not checking my ear and writing ear drops. I felt silly and unprofessional. Secondly he should improve in communicating with his patients well especially after the reports. HE FAILED. I wanted to shared this from long time and wanted to tell you guys how much i suffered during that period. Finally I ended up going to other doctor and have it resolved. My main intention to write this review is I don't want other to suffer the same way I did and avoid this doc and much as possible. Peace"

"I was charged for a Nasal Endoscopy but it was never performed, Dr Chowdhury saw me and this was a simple office visit, that lasted no more than 5 minutes. There was no additional procedure or anything conducted. According to this definition, “During nasal endoscopy, your healthcare provider inserts an endoscope (a thin, flexible tube with a light and camera) into your nose. This gives them a clear, inside view of your sinuses and nasal passages. Nasal endoscopy aids in diagnosing and treating a range of health conditions. It may also be necessary when taking biopsies of lesions or masses.” I did not have any device or camera inserted into my nose, nor was I made aware that I would be charged for this. I simply had something on my nose looked at and was told that is not to be touched."
"I had a great appointment at ENT and Allergy Associates. The technician that performed my hearing test was very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me feel comfortable, explained everything very well, and performed the test with ease and precision. The doctor was also kind and explained everything very well. I felt that he had my best interest in mind. When I waited to see both, the technician and the doctor, I heard the staff field phone calls. They were very professional and kind to all callers. Overall I would recommend ENT and Allergy Associates to anyone that might require their services. A+"
