"Ordered on 8/5 for store pick up in Eatontown NJ store. Called several times to follow up on status and was told it was being delivered and had been delivered. I never received an email saying it was ready for pick up so luckily I called before driving there. UPS had never delivered it. I cancelled my order but who knows if it will wind up being cancelled. There seems to be no communication between stores and their customer service and the whole system seems to have glitches. First and last time I’ll place an order here."

"Prices are scary these days... I am from another time and world. There was a time you could get your hands on what you were buying. Sorry seeing ain't believing it ain't junk. Buy on line after all it is a free return... Ha. Hold my money for a month while I pack, wrap, drive to UPS, wait in line. Lost. File a claim. I decide I don't need a lot of stuff like when you dreamed your way through the Sears catalog. Had fun before but this ain't it. Please subscribe... "Because of location it is the most convenient wm store for me, when going to shore, folks working there are really helpful and if you don't see something, always ask, if the shipment came in but they were short-handed and you ask they will bring it to you from back of the store if it exists in store, just because it is not on display does not mean they don't have it"

"I ordered a pair of Costa sunglasses. I then called them a few days later to get an ETA and was told it would take 7-10 days. I thought that was unusual as Costa's website stated the glasses were shipped the same or next day. Anyway...I waited as I was already 3 days in. I call about 4-5 days after that and they tell me that they didn't order the glasses and that they ordered a quote for the price of the glasses and that is not back yet. These people are the biggest morons in the world. The price is on Costa's website. This was not a special order of any kind. I spoke to three different people through this process and all were imbeciles. It is amazing this store is not out of business. i will never set foot in this dump again."
