Each patient is assigned a patient advocate who is similar to a concierge. My patient advocate is PAOLA Vazquez. I wouldn’t be here without her. She has helped me with paperwork, billing questions to hospital stays, medical questions and recovery outcomes. I have a direct access to her at all times. Without PAOLA I never would have made it.
